詐欺・なりすましメール
企業からのお知らせメールを装い、本物そっくりに偽装したホームページへ誘導し、IDやパスワードなどの個人情報を入力させたり、「会員登録完了。入会金xxx円です」といった決済完了画面に誘導し、金銭の振込みを要求する詐欺メールが増えています。
特定電子メール法
広告宣伝メールの送信には、あらかじめ同意が必要な「オプトイン方式」が導入され、以下の義務も課されています。
1. 受信拒否の通知を受けた以降、送信禁止。
2. 送信者名や受信拒否の通知先の表示義務。
3. 同意があったことを証する記録の保存義務。
迷惑メール相談窓口
迷惑メールでお困りの方の相談窓口として、「一般財団法人 日本データ通信協会 迷惑メール相談センター」があります。詐欺メールは無視をすれば問題ありませんが、不安なケースもあると思います。そのような場合、お一人で悩まず相談してみてください。
